EAST VALLEY INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY

East Valley Institute of Technology is a CTE District that services several school districts in the East Valley. In 2021, Don Brubaker joint ventured with SPS+ Architects and was selected to provide architectural and management services for renovating their 500,000-sf campus in Mesa, AZ. Projects included exterior weatherization, HVAC replacement, a new central plant, interior renovations of automotive, fire science, administration offices, and other CTE programs. All work was on an occupied campus.
