DEER VALLEY INNOVATION CENTER

The project involved remodeling an existing warehouse to transform the space and create an innovation center for the Aspire online academy program. The renovation included the addition of communication stairs, administrative spaces, and expansion of the mezzanine level. The structural and mechanical, plumbing, and electrical (MPE) systems were updated and modified to accommodate the needs of the new spaces. Design elements were incorporated that addressed the space's needs while addressing the challenges of converting a warehouse into a fun and inspiring learning environment and large group gathering space.
