SPS+ Architects is fully Building Information Modeling (BIM) capable, uniquely offering this service at no additional cost. Our building information models created using REVIT software allow clients to experience their project design prior to construction, which greatly reduces the likelihood of costly changes. Realizing it is difficult for most people to envision the proposed structure during the design phase, our staff has committed to utilizing REVIT modeling to provide the highest quality renderings and help ensure that we have captured our client’s vision from the start. 3D Scanner technology ensures accuracy to the centimeter while creating As-Built drawings that help save both time and money.

SPS+ Architects has committed to utilizing a Virtual Reality simulator with BIM technology to enhance our school renderings. This allows clients to fully immerse themselves and experience the design firsthand by moving virtually throughout the proposed project space. These renderings are readily accessible with a smart phone by scanning the QR codes provided.
