THE MORELAND

The Moreland is an affordable multi-family housing complex in Downtown Phoenix. The City of Phoenix Housing Department awarded Native American Connections the contract to redevelop the existing property to create the first mixed-use and mixed-income community while addressing the affordable housing needs of Central Phoenix. The complex incorporates a building-wrap concept with two five-story wood-framed residential buildings fronting 3rd Street and 5th Street, totaling 237 units and connected by a four-tier parking structure.
