    Mark Davenport started as an intern at SPS+ over 20 years ago. Through his incredibly hard work and dedication to the firm he was able to become Partner by 2011. His passion for creating a work environment that is highly collaborative and empowers everyone to be the best they can be exemplifies his strength as a leader. His greatest wish is to be able to continue on the legacy of SPS+ by surrounding himself with incredibly talented people that position the firm to remain an innovative force that client’s want to hire and people want to work for.

    Richard Begay

    Partner

    Richard Begay has been practicing architecture for over 20 years as an architect and is a prominent leader in Native American architectural design.  Richard believes in weaving contemporary aesthetics with traditional influences to yield stunning and sustainable designs.  Mr. Begay has presented at national and university-sponsored academic and professional conferences and published work on Native American cultural design and aesthetics.
    Richard has 20 years of practice working with tribal communities in the education, housing, and government sectors.

    Josh Bratcher

    Chief Opperating Officer

    A Navy veteran and Arizona native, Josh has extensive experience in seeing small business through to success via end-to-end management of people, processes, and execution.  A natural and effective people leader, Josh has a track record of over 15 years in overseeing revenue growth, operations, professional development, strategic implementation, and more.

    Hilary Pritchett

    Chief Marketing Officer

    Hilary Pritchett is the Chief Marketing Officer at SPS+ Architects, where she leverages her extensive experience in marketing, business development, and team management. She previously served as the North America Regional Marketing Director at Introba, leading strategic growth initiatives. Hilary has also founded consulting firms, including Go Get Coaching and Nine Little Boxes, focusing on proposal management and workplace culture. She holds an MA in Latin American Studies and International Business from Georgetown University and a BA in Politics and History from Mount Holyoke College.

    John Moore

    Director of Construction Administration

    John will guarantee that your Project maintains quality standards and that the strategic goals identified at the beginning of this Project stay true throughout the duration. He is diligent in evaluating and ensuring documentation and reports are consistently accurate. He maintains regular communication with Project Managers and will support them through the design phase to project close-out. He immediately recommends keeping projects moving forward when construction challenges arise. His ability to communicate challenges to the Contractor has made him a significant asset during design development and construction.

    Brian Kaminski

    Director of Business Development

    Brian is our primary liaison for client care. Brian supports Mark and the SPS+ team by leading our K-12 business development efforts and maintaining active relationships with key school district clients. He will dedicate his time to our clients, provide key communication when challenges arise, and serve as a client advocate for our clients throughout projects.

    Lorelei Pearson

    Director of Interior Design

    Lorelei has dedicated her talents to each of her client’s projects. She provides her innate skills, unique eye for interior design, and specialties within the interior design world, such as her proficiency in our REVIT and AutoCAD programs, space planning, and efficiency throughout her project schedules. She provides the best fixture, furniture, and equipment solutions for a flexible, sustainable, cost-effective environment while adhering to budget constraints. She offers additional value for projects by promptly producing innovative design options while keeping in mind stakeholders’ overall message and goals.

    Brent Heaton

    Studio Director

    ​Brent Heaton joined the team at SPS+ in 2015, but has been in the industry since 2002. He enjoys the ever-changing nature of his work and the thrill of seeing each challenge figured out depending on the unique nature of the problem. In his role as Project Manager, he has been excited to share his years of learning and experience with the next group of talented people he works with. A jack of all trades, Brent leans into any area he finds interesting such as metal work, woodworking, CNC equipment, home improvement, sewing and 3D printing. His wide arrange of expertise and interests makes him an asset to the SPS+ family. ​

    Ricky Enriquez

    Studio Director

    Ricardo Enriquez started working at SPS+ in 2019. Working as a Project Manager at our Tucson office he excels in in challenging himself by engaging in a continual improvement process. Working from the conceptual phase and seeing the project through construction is the reason he feels so drawn to his role. Ricardo feels his ability to see each project from the client’s perspective is his greatest asset. He works to constantly support each client’s mission, values and culture. ​

    Jeremy Bloomer

    Studio Director

    Beginning his career over 25 years ago, Jeremy Bloomer has been a crucial part of the SPS+ team since 2002. Graduating from Project Manager to Director of Architecture, his dedication to collaborate and his natural proclivity towards leadership has earned him a treasured reputation at SPS+. His skillset is varied but he excels in architectural detailing. The chance to work with teams both internally and externally fulfills him in this role. Jeremy’s favorite project was completing the Paloma ESD campus rebuild. ​

    Morgan Ellig

    K-12 Director

    Morgan thrives on collaborating closely with clients to discover creative solutions. He believes in engaging in meaningful dialogue, not only with clients, but also with the site, context, and community. Design, to him, is a dynamic journey with diverse potential outcomes. Removing personal ego is key to finding the best solutions, achieved through attentive listening and interpreting subtle cues. Morgan approaches each of his projects with an open mind, eager to understand client goals and co-develop a vision together.

    Scott Moellenberndt

    Client Liasson

    Having extensive administrative experience as Superintendent of Schools, Elementary, Intermediate and Middle School Principal, Athletic Director, Teacher, and Coach has provided an insightful understanding of K-12 education. Proud to support schools throughout Arizona as the Educational Liaison for SPS+ Architects while also serving as board member for the Arizona Business and Education Coalition.

    ​Rob Bass has worked at SPS+ since 2019 while being in the profession for 25 years. His vast experience managing a variety of building projects has given him comprehensive problem solving and conceptual skills. Helping clients realize their projects is his motivation as Project Manager. He knows when he sees the end users inhabiting a project and say “wow” he has been a part of a job well done.
