ST. MARIA GORETTI CHURCH

This iconic church located in North Scottsdale was designed in 1961 by Dr. Wendell Rossman, founding partner of SPS+ Architects. This building is erected out of a series of groined vaults 4” thick with a 41’ rise and 56’ between spring lines.

The building allows light to come in through the top of the structure where the shapes meet, and it includes a series of beautiful mosaics that filter the light that comes into the chapel..
