WEST-MEC NORTHWEST CAMPUS

West-MEC's Northwest Campus is a vibrant, flexible, and open campus environment rooted in the development of academic collisions in the everyday built environment. The curriculum is centered on Career Technical Education. The initial build-out will host several successfully growing, historically proven programs: cosmetology, coding + it security, law + public safety, medical assisting, and dental assisting. The programs will spread over 42,000 SF in a two-story footprint. Student commons, administrative facilities, student lounge, outdoor patio, and covered open-air walks support the 450 daily passionate students. The class schedule is broken into three blocks, and not every program is offered during all three blocks. Students receive a morning, afternoon, and evening block five days a week. This campus will move in a purposeful direction of attracting "adult education" opportunities to serve the greater City of Surprise community.
