Black Rock Coffee Bar

SPS+ Architects was initially contracted for the complete one-story shell building with a drive-through window on a vacant lot in Mountainside Plaza Development. However, the scope increased to include a full build-out tenant improvement for Black Rock Coffee. The full build-to-suit is based on the company’s store prototype. It is adapted to fit the guidelines for the development and the City of Scottsdale.
