The Gap School property was acquired during a decade long acquisition process. During that time SPS Architects, generated numerous feasibility studies. Ultimately, the facility was constructed as a K-3 primary school with expansion potential to become a K-6 elementary school.

The building is 23,840 SF the overall project improvements are comprehensive and include, water storage including fire suppression capacity, environmental friendly underground wastewater treatment system. The site development consisted of 30% the construction budget.
