SPS+ partnered with Empower College Prep to design two new buildings for the campus, located in Phoenix. The campus improvements include a 26,630 SF, 2-story K-5 building with an administration wing and a 13,198 SF gymnasium/auditorium building with a weight room, stage, and locker rooms. Other campus improvements include new, accessible parent and bus pick-up/drop-off areas, an elementary school play yard and a new central lawn area. Additional focus on campus safety and security included secure perimeter fencing, single entry point for visitors through a secure lobby, an abundance of site lighting and security cameras.
Construction began in early 2019 and was completed in December 2020.
