Fred has been at SPS+ Architects for 5 years and has had tremendous experience in the architectural world. In his three years of experience inresidential, he did development for beach front multi million dollar residential properties in RockyPoint, housing remodeling throughout Mexico and has drafted and presented a project in Sedona, AZ.

Fred has also developed 3d renders for variousArchitects throughout the United States. In hishort time at the firm he has worked with the Payson Unified School District and Mesa Public Schools creating renderings for the new schools and remodels.
