Bob Pian graduated Cum Laude from Arizona State University in 1979 and became a Registered Architect in 1983. Bob has worked for SPS+ for 30 years, becoming a partner in 1998. He has focused his years of experience in many educational facilities as well as numerous construction and renovation/remodel projects. Bob has diverse experience and specialty in projects that require an attention to detail and innovative problem solving. Bob has extensive knowledge through experience in the areas of programming, design, estimating, working drawings, specification writing, building code analysis, contract administration and field supervision, which allows for the timely completion of the project within budget.
