Bill possesses 25 years of experience and has been with SPS+ Architects since 1993. Bill is a Registered Architect in the State of Arizona andan active member of C.S.I. (Construction Specification Institute). Over the last seven yearsBill has been responsible for the redevelopmentof the Rice Campus in San Carlos along withmany other projects district wide for San CarlosUnified School District. His total dollar of construction exceeds 35 million dollars. Currently, Bill is the Partner in charge of overseeing the design and development of the Rim County Middle School for the Payson Unified School District. This project consists of a new Administration building, addition, and remodel work.
